Durker Roods Hotel is an award winning provider of overnight accommodation and fine dining, as well as being widely recognised as a superb Wedding Venue in Huddersfield & West Yorkshire.

Based in Meltham on the outskirts of Huddersfield and Holmfirth in West Yorkshire. The Hotel was built in 1870 as a gentleman’s residence, it was converted into a hotel in the 1970s after being the family home of Sir David Brown, best-known for his gears and tractors businesses as well as being a one-time owner of iconic car marque Aston Martin.

For the past 40 years it has been a used as a Hotel & Wedding Venue for both the commercial and domestic customer.​
